  • All items are curated in the USA, therefore shipped from here.
  • All items are processed within 3-5 business days & will be shipped within 2 business days thereafter. Your business is important to us, & we make every effort to process your order with haste.
  • Business days are Monday to Friday, & may be subject to public holidays.
  • We use UPS & USPS Standard Shipping. Please allow 5-7 business days from the date the package was shipped for delivery. Alaska & Hawaii may take a wee longer.
  • Please enjoy free shipping over $35, prior to taxes & post discounts.
  • Please carefully review your shipping information before placing your order.
  • Shipping Rates are as follows:
    • Under $35.00 - Flat Rate of $5.95
    • Over $35.00 - Free

    Tracking Your Order:

    • All shipments include a tracking number which will be corresponded to you in the shipping confirmation email.
    • Please always double check your address before confirming your order. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delay, delivery issues or lost parcel resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address my dear.
    • Please allow 5-7 business days before receiving information about your order being shipped.
    • The tracking information provided by the postal carrier serves as absolute proof of delivery. A parcel that is shown as « Delivered » cannot be subject to a claim. In the case of a missing parcel with a tracking stating Delivered, the customer should check thy mailbox, contact thy nearest post office & inquire with thy neighbors. Unfortunately we cannot help locate a parcel that is shown as delivered darling.
    • We are not liable or responsible for loss or damage incurred by the carrier or upon delivery. Because we include tracking on all parcels, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for lost parcels. Inquiries about compensation for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels should be directed to thy selected postal carrier. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    Exchanges (if applicable) 
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
